A lot of experience in a clinical setting as a volunteer, independent research experience, previous NSSLHA officer, a child development degree (4.0), and 4+ years of experience working with kids. Although, I'm not surprised I got rejected since they didn't ask for LORs or personal statements which I feel like we're a strong suit of mine.
