Originally applied for PhD admission, but they offered me M.S. admission. Had to decline the offer.

Finally, the result is expected. No publication. My score of Toefl is not great enough. No chance to gain AD.

3 years research experience, 3 years work experience in a government agency, 4 publications 2 of which were first authorship, accepted to the communications and networking area with no funding.

They rejected me without an interview.
