Mechanical Engineering Graduate School Admission Results

Applied for Biomedical Engineering Track of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering Department.No Interview. Acceptance confirmed through Web Portal.

I had one unofficial interview with PI and an official interview with my PI and another professor, which was recorded for the graduate admission department.

Unofficial Acceptance (Received fellowship offer). Was already in talks with a professor and had a meeting with him 3 weeks prior. Also got interview offers from 2 other professors.

Had an interview with the PI sometime back. He also informed me about the result before I received the official email. I believe reaching out to him before applying helped.

Ignore status. Does anyone know the decision notification date?

M.Sc. GPA: 3.54/4, 13 ISI papers (all Q1, +7 IF), 3 conference papers, 1 national patent, Reviewer of some journals, related work experience.

3.6 MSc GPA. No funding info.

MS GPA 4.0/4.0 (from a US state university). GRE is not required.

Invite to campus/virtual visit. People who haven't received acceptance will be interviewed by faculty before an admission decision will be made.
