Political Science, University of Chicago I thought we were a great match. I spent weeks researching UChi, professors, current PhD students, and current research interests. Everything appeared to align with my background. This rejection was a punch to the gut. I'm curious to know more about the backgrounds of individuals who were accepted. I did not take the GRE.

Political Science, University of Chicago Email to check portal, generic rejection. CP track, IELTS 8, no GRE, grad GPA is 3.4. Strong SoP and great LoRs, great fit. 2.5 years of research, no pubs, just MA thesis. Was my top choice, just unlucky, I guess. 0a/1w/2r/7p
