Political Science, City University Of New York (CUNY) Graduate Center Confusion regarding funding. told different stories, either they are still deliberating, or I will be informed regardless of the outcome, or I am not granted anything. Did anyone hear from them (both positive or negative)????

Political Science, University Of Pennsylvania (UPenn) Checked the website upon seeing rejections posted on the board. It took them 3 months to decide to reject us? Oh well, at least that lets me think that they thought long and hard about their decisions.

Political Science, University of Notre Dame Got an email with a letter from the DGS attached. $16K stipend for five years with an option for renewing for an additional semester. No TAing for the first year and can apply for "service free funding" thereafter. They received 200 applications this year and accepted 20.

Political Science And International Relations (POIR), University Of Southern California (USC) So after paying the application fee and waiting for 4 months, I get a half-assed EMAILED rejection addressed to "dear applicant"? Not even the courtesy of typing out my name? Bad taste, USC.
