Philosophy, UC Irvine M.A. gpa 4.0. (0a/1w/12r)/17. Email indicated they may be making other offers and I am still being considered. I presume this means I am wait listed. I'm really hoping this one pans out for me.

Philosophy, University Of British Columbia Originally on the waitlist, and told that I was rejected because of a shortage of faculty with matching interests. I have an offer from a much more competitive US school, but this rejection still hurts. I'm a Canadian boy, and this is the only Canadian school I applied to; seems like a great department too.
