Political Science, University Of Toronto To the poster below: I'm in the same situation. To me it sounds like a rejection. Like "oh we don't quite know what to do with you, so we'll just hide your application in the closet until all the spots are filled". Feels shitty.

Political Science, University Of Toronto called the department. they said they haven't made a decision yet on my application. I am neither rejected nor wait listed. Was in the same situation last year, got rejected finally. What are my chances? Second time applicant, international candidate. Really nervous.
