IGNORE STATUS— has anyone not heard anything from NEU? I wasn't interviewed, so I had assumed a rejection, but I also didn't receive a rejection when the other ones were posted here.

Domestic Student with a vast RA experience and two BA degrees. Submitted application with a research proposal. Quite disappointing that I'm not even waitlisted. Good luck to those who got accepted!!

No email, checked portal. Message was curt and sorta rude.

Met with one of the faculties from the program, they did not offer me a seat for this cohort. Instead, they encouraged me to apply for their EdM program and begin to take the course and then transitioning into the regular EdD program track.

Not my first application cycle, just received an email notice for checking the update. Almost thought I got it, but nah. Good luck to all of you.

IGNORE STATUS. Does UNC not even bother to send out rejections anymore? One of the most opaque admission processes I've ever been a part of. Can't believe I bothered to apply to the bible belt anyway.

Completing MS degree (3.71 gpa), 4 years of research, no publications. Was accepted into another department's program at UW. Didn't receive a rejection letter, just a notice on the application portal that said "We are sorry to inform you that you have not been admitted to the Graduate School at UW-Madison".

Completing MS degree (3.71 gpa), 4 years of research, no publications, talked to a faculty member of the department for direct admit.

$15k award, likely will reject
