Surprised! Already have been admitted to much more competitive programs. Maybe I underestimated this program.

7 months research experience. No publications. GPA: 4.5/5.0, Scandinavian university. 3 semesters as TA. Current computer engineering undergrad. Currently 9 months of SWE experience in the form of internships/full time(I skip college lectures). Second place out of 40 in European tech competition. Lots of teaching and fundraising volunteering.

This was surprising. One of the schools I was certain I will get in with my profile. Pretty badly shaken. Best of luck to everyone who got admitted.

Spire portal had "Update Pending" status since morning. Received the acceptance letter after a few hours. No email notification. Profile: Good engineering college(non IIT/NIT) - GPA 9.64/10. Submitted GRE scores - 329. 2 publications, 1.5 years work experience.

Really excited! Area is AI + Theory. Checked the portal yesterday but did not see "pending update" like others have, got the email this morning. Best valentine ever! Had two interviews with two professors I mentioned in SOP and that google form. Both went well, was accepted by recommendation from the second one.

Status has been 'Update pending 'from today morning. Got an acceptance notification on the portal.
