TTPB: Who had asked about UT Austin acceptance. Here is my profile: 3.81/4.00 ( final 2 years - 4.0/4.0) from a top 20 state school, Had taken nearly 5 advanced graduate courses during my undergrad. Had a very strong LOR from my Departmental chair (this played an important role). 2 yrs SWE. Had done plenty of large scale real world projects (over 15 of them). To be honest UofA is much better in CS than McGill ( Especially in AI and ML it is a World Leader, right up there with any other university). |
