Haven't gotten notified about aid package but excited to have a high ranking acceptance. I applied straight out of undergrad with two independent studies in the topic I want to focus on. Relied on a strong personal statement and good writing sample.

Email to check update in application portal. Acceptance email from Columbia GSAS came in a couple of hours later.

Applied for PI AB hoping whoever is holding offer will decide soon can't wait to find out. Congrats to those who received offers!

Ignore status, just curious does UW assign to pac number and access key to everyone to open an email id? Or only to those who will be admitted in future?

Saw the rejection in the application portal. Given how many are usually admitted each year out of a multitude of applicants, I'm not surprised. So given that, a big congratulations to all who got accepted and I wish you luck!

Had a zoom meeting my potential PI, then I was invited to attend the interview weekend.

Has anyone heard from U Houston following interviews? It has been a little over a week since interviews, so I was curious.

I had a low undergrad GPA, but I've been out of school for a long time. I think my experiences in the workforce and extra preparation in the form of art/design classes helped my application.
