MLSys/SE. No GRE. 2 LoRs from US Professors. Remote Intern at CMU and UIUC. No published paper. Had two interviews to match your research interests.

The email mentioned a status update on the portal. *pinching myself* California... here I come!

MLSys/Quantum Arch. No GRE. 2 LoRs from US Professors. Remote Intern at CMU and UIUC. Had a quick interview but I think they just want to check if you're normal.

Was just checking the portal and it didn't show my application checklist. I knew the rejection is coming. After one refresh, the decision letter came. I get to know the result even before my email does, lol.

Canadian applicant with BSc from Canadian post secondary.

E-mailed program directly. Received acceptance shortly after.

No GRE. 2 RoLs from US Professors. Remote intern at UIUC. This can be regarded as a return offer.

So this might be the end of this round. Not even sad. An extremely hard year for most of us I guess, I thought I would land in one or two programs before this, but it seems I am going to be rejected by all. 5 rejections so far and no accecptance or waitlist, despite coming from a kinda prestigious university in my country and all the valuable help I got from my professors and friends. But failing to get into academia right after graduation is not necessarily bad, so good luck to all those who were also rejected bu all. We might meet each other sometime somewhere and hope we will live another good life. Thank you everyone for having been here with me, sharing your joys and sorrows. See you.
