Got an email to check the portal; No interview. Research in CMX/CME and CMT. One 1-st author paper in CMT, a few nth-author papers in CMX/CME.

HEP-th. Got an email to check portal. Brief generic rejection letter. 1 1st author pub, a couple of conferences, 3+ years of research, many extracurrics.
