Economics Graduate School Admission Results

To the post below; is it a generic email? Could you share the contents of email? Thanks in advance.

My number is also 3... last name starts with b. Not alphabetical order though... but cannot sure what it really implies. Anyway it's good to hear that they are willing to give the final decision as soon as possible.

Upset, but that is really a good school where you need to somehow stand out to get accepted.

kinda expected to get in. going in another direction anyway.

General questions about motivation and such alike were asked in the interview. Need to wait 2 weeks for the ad com decision. Anyone got anything more out of the interview? Best luck to everyone!

I also originally applied for the PhD and put MA as second choice. Will most probably reject.

My second offer (recommend to be admitted). Funding results come later.

Am the only one who has not heard anything since "your application has been received" ?! obviously assumed the worst here, they do inform the rejects though ?

to all those who received an acceptance, has your application on the poster also changed? and have you guys ever seen that some applicants were informed of their admissions decisions a little later?
