TTPB (JG / TU interview): I had an interview with TU in early January.

Hi! Has anyone who applied to Harvard's cognitive track heard back from POI JG or TU?

To the poster below: nothing yet, but I imagine we'll hear very soon. Given the stats, I'm definitely not holding my breath...

Have any rejection letters been sent out yet for the program? I've seen an acceptance and a waitlist on here, which means they've done their selections, but are simply not notifying the rest of us?

Cognitive track POI emailed me today, said official letters should go out next week. Very happy.

if we haven't heard anything yet, does that mean rejection?

Let this be a lesson in effective communication. "I regret to inform you that the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences is unable to take favorable action on your application" literally could mean a number of things depending on how you define 'favorable': "sorry we can't give you a scholarship but you can still enroll," "we talked to your doctor and you have 2 years to live so we can't fund you for 5," "sorry, you can't bring your dog with you but your girlfriend, sure." Not even mad I got rejected; I'm mad that an Ivy with a $40b endowment paid someone to write this while I paid a day's work to read it.
