Political Science, McGill University Sent an informal acceptance via email. No updates on portal yet, but expected in a few days. Haven't heard anything about funding, and don't know if I should be expecting any as an international student.

Political Science, McGill University Initially the application was refused. When I enquired about the reasons for refusal through email. I received a prompt email, apologising that my application was waitlsted, and was sent refusal by mistake. How should I take it? I am international applicant.
