Political Science, City University Of New York (CUNY) (Same email as those below.) Subfield: political theory. I'm desperate. I didn't get any acceptances and I'm on just two waitlists (CUNY and another school--philosophy PhD program). This is my fourth time applying for PhDs; so if it would make an acceptee who is on the fence feel like they're helping someone, declining your offer at CUNY might help my poor, tired soul achieve a goal I've had for so, so long. [For future applicants: GPA is grad. Two master's degrees (one in philosophy); 12+ conference presentations; Fulbright student research grantee; $240k in student debt, lol.]

Political Science, UC Irvine To the last poster, could you please tell your concentration that you were accepted to off the waitlist? Is it theory? IR? comparative? American? Any more info regarding waitlist acceptance would be much appreciated. I am also waitlisted but was told to wait in order to hear back from the department. I was waitlisted back in January

Political Science, University Of North Carolina Chapel Hill (UNC) Has everyone who applied to UNC Ph.D. program got results? I still haven't heard anything from them. I emailed to the Admission Office and they said I should contact the department; I contacted the department early last week but no replies.

Political Science, University Of California, Irvine Was originally waitlisted and then accepted from the waitlist. Am formally accepting sometime this week! Any new PhDs at Irvine, please reach out if you'd like :) Moving from Colorado to Cali in August.

Political Science, University Of Colorado, Boulder For the comment below: I haven't even been notified that I was waitlisted. Were you? My application is always on "submitted." Browsing previous years, apparently they publish the final results about the 04/16ish
