Graduate School Admission Results

Rejected via email to check portal status update.

I got an email from director of graduate studies at Duke said I got admitted. My only offer this season. extremely excited. Good luck everyone, don't give up if you are still on the waitlist, they are still making offers.

I did not get any information about the status of my application. I tried emailing the office, and they said the notification would arrive this week. I'm confused because they never sent me a rejection letter or informed me that I'd been placed on the waiting list. Thus, I'm curious if anyone has received an offer or a rejection letter (or even a waiting list). I really need that information because I have to make a decision about my future school soon. And thank you for your help.

Email notification I was rejected from waitlist on 4/13/23

- transferring with masters from JHU - admitted 3/15 but i waited until 4/18 to accept. apologies to waitlisters

Did not interview, just received acceptance on the 16th of March

Interviewed on February 23rd, accepted March 10th

Interviewed March 8th

This was for the MEd course-based program

Interviewed on Feb 8 and received acceptance March 9

Domestic Applicant.

They ghosted me.

No hard feelings, but they could have notified people before April 15th

"We will update applicants by the 3rd week of March"

The only PhD program out of the 12 I applied to that failed to give me a decision by the April 15th deadline. They still have not gotten back to me with a decision. I applied to all schools in mid-december. Very unprofessional. Not to mention the application fee was absurdly high. Save yourself some money and don't apply here.
