Interview invite for late Jan/early Feb date

Was extended a phone interview on 12/4 and was notified on 12/12 that I was rejected for a formal interview. Very polite and reassuring email though!

I wrote a lot about what I specifically like about the program and did a postbac (NIH)

I was notified of my acceptance for last year's cycle (early Feb), and I wanted to provide just a tiny bit of insight (though I'm sure you've heard it all). This was 1/10 schools I was accepted to. With rejection after rejection, I felt very disheartened (though also fortunate to have been accepted to such a cool school). That being said, I'm finishing out the first quarter, and what many have said is true--the right school will select you. If they don't they might not be for you--not now, at least. I, personally, can't imagine being anywhere else. Good luck to all! Also, GPA is MA. (haha)
