Two Masters 3.69/4 Masters 3.43/4 CGPA. Good recommendation letters. I don't know about funding yet. Just observing if any shows up.

Domestic, 2 years part time research 3 months full time. No pubs, 8 conferences.

2 prelim interviews invitations, 1 with POI and 1 with other faculty in the dept

in person interview 1/26-1/28

In-person interview and 2-day campus visit in late January

No formal "interview", had a brief Zoom meeting with admissions director and will have the opportunity to meet potential faculty mentors over Zoom in early January, followed by an in-person visit in February

9 months part-time and 3 months full-time research experience as an undergrad. Initial interview will be virtual

Invited to in-person interview weekend in February

28 months post bac research at Duke, 2 papers. 2 strong letters, 1 good letter from Duke professors. CC GPA 3.95, uni GPA 3.2. Generic rejection letter. Reached out to 1 faculty and received a good reply, hoping to meet me during the interview. Guess that's a dud now.
