Accepted off the wait-list after 2ish weeks!! SO HAPPY!!! Only acceptance, this season was BRUTAL. 3 years research experience in CMX, 2 pubs, 2 preprints.

Anyone heard back from UA Tuscaloosa (PhD Physics) ? 15 April is real close, any idea what they are doing ?

Received the email from Prof. Peter Frinchaboy about the admission with funding. Will get the offer letter probably later this week. May be going to reject as I already have offers from better universities. Once I got the offer letter, I will compare and decide.

At last, they woke up from hibernation. Already had offers from better universities. The post I saw about this department in gradcafe was very much shocking to me. I think this rejection is good! :D

Hey does anyone know what is happening with Texas A&M? At this point I am assuming rejection, but it would be nice to know before I commit elsewhere. At this point I think it is rude that they have said nothing since I submitted my app. If we are paying $90 to apply, they should at least tell us what is happening.

Didn't get an open house invite. This is the very first communication from them. Applied in the beginning of November, so it took a very long time.

Anyone who has other options and are not considering to attend CWRU, it'll be great if you can reject. I'm on WL and this is the only chance this year apart from unfunded PhD. Please.
