GPA is grad - 7A/12W/3P - one of my top choices right now

What an inefficient department; they never reply to emails. My professor told me I deserve better. She's right.

BA in biology and studio art; MSc in forensic anthropology; two years of independent research; one pending first-author publication; three years of teaching experience

I had an interview on Feb 15. They said they would send out admission offers on week from March 3-10. I have not heard back anything, so I am pretty sure I am waitlisted. If you have a better offer, please reject it as soon as you can. This is my last chance.

Got an interview with PI and lab members on Feb 12th/13th and everything went fine. Haven't receive decision update yet and I assume I am waitlisted. Kindly, if you have a better offer please please please decline UPenn PhD offer as this is my last hope. Good luck to everyone with their endeavors.
