Randomly Checked portal and saw decision letter. Letter notes that they are currently working on deciding how many students they can fund and that I am on a waitlist for funding but that they are "hopeful" that they will be able to offer funding to me. Hoping to get off waitlist elsewhere but I am from Houston so will consider offer should I get funded
