never interviewed. just received rejection via email today. thought i was on waitlist, and not sure if i was rejected off the waitlist or it was directly rejected.

Really great school. I have gd research profile but my cg is really low for TAMU, I guess.😓

Did anyone get the message today? I still haven't received it. Is it impossible to receive an offer at this time?

No notification -- emailed and inquired about status

I had a PI identified and who had enthusiastically agreed to supervise me if accepted. UofT for undergrad (domestic student), somewhere else for Masters. Multiple pubs, presented Masters thesis at conference. I am disappointed, wish they could've told us sooner!

Haven't heard anything for 6 months and both Barry and my PI have been silent the whole time. I assume I'm on a waitlist cause I see rejections here but I honestly don't know what the deal is since no one communicates with me. I am accepting my backup and forgetting about this.

General CS program. Even with the offered scholarship, not sure of if I'd be able to go for it.

Generic email notification. An obvious result since it's already April, but happy to finally receive an official rejection letter

[Ignore Waitlist] After sending a couple of inquiry emails to some schools that have not responded to me, got some updates and I suddenly realized my graduate applications for Fall 2024 come towards the end. This is my second application year, I applied to 15 schools last year and got all rejected, one school even rejected me twice(after an initial rejection, they said they wanted to reconsider my application, arranged a short interview, and rejected me again after two weeks). I can still remember the all-rejected day (April 24, 2023). Once I decided to try another year, I did everything I possibly could to improve my application package, including strengthening my research experience, getting good LOR writers, etc. Fortunately, this effort paid off, I got 3 offers this year (going to decline two of them shortly) and I don't give a damn about those rejections. I spent two freaking years on this website checking updates, multiple times, every single day during the application period and I am sure this will be my last time on this website. The point I want to make here is it doesn't matter how "screwed" you think you are right now, You have all the things you need to clear this up, reset yourself and try it again.
