So for those of you still waiting, they might still be trying to figure out the departmental math of supervisor fits etc :)

Political Science, Columbia University Accepted to Political Science. Undergraduate from University of Edinburgh in History. Low GPA at undergraduate (2.9). 3 years working at US Embassy London and 4 strong person references from high school, embassy and Edinburgh university. Grades do not surpass life and work experience, bear this in mind. Education can be taught, life and work experiences less so. Good luck to all, and remember opportunity only dances with those on the dance floor.

Political Science, New York University (gpa is masters) Email to check portal. This was the last decision I was waiting on, and jeez they sure took their time. This completes the admissions season for me. 2a/7r/0w Today I accepted Michigan's offer in the World/IR track (just hours before the NYU notification came). Looking forward to seeing some of you in Ann Arbor!
