Received an email on Feb 2 with the admissions letter.

Invited to interview on campus at the end of February

Emailed by POI mentioned in my SoP to have informal conversation - I was told that the committees are still working on the application files

Canadian and second time applicant too with MSc in Psych (non clinical), also notified by email that "there is no faculty member available in the Department of Psychology to supervise your proposed graduate program, therefore, it is not possible to offer you admission".

Ignore the interviews!! Please share some information regarding the results. I am eagerly awaiting. I am nervous because it is my only application. I wrote Professor Amir Weiner in my SoP. Good luck for everyone :)))

No email, no letter. I checked the portal - plainly says rejected, brutal lol

2nd applying to graduate program at San Marcos! Slpa internship, small business owner, and teacher assistant. They do not require resume or LOR. Do not give up hope! They denied me last year with no interview and this year I got an interview. My gpa is not the best (3.6)

Completed Masters, full year research experience.

If anyone has a better offer and wants to reject the UoR, please do it ASAP. It's a kind request to you.

Army offer. Will be declining, I have other acceptances. Program has history of multiple SHARP and EO complaints. Received intel from senior student faculty are racist and some have been fired recently. Black and Hispanic students have left program in last 6 years which is extremely concerning. Their recent DEI cohorts make more sense now compared to previous years. STAY AWAY.

I had an interview with the grad committee before receiving a waitlist notification. The email mentioned that the department was having a difficult time acquiring enough funding.

Received email with $500 funding to attend visit day.
