I was waitlisted last year as well and so it might help for other waitlisters to know that you should be able to find out how many people received offers, their target number of students, how many people were waitlisted and how you rank in the waitlist. (The first two can be helpful to know in terms of how many people can reject their offers before the waiting list is considered.)

Waitlist for MSt in English and American Studies! Would love any info on what my chances are for getting off the waitlist.

19thC British, was accepted 1/31. Just let them know I would NOT be attending. Reach out to the program if waitlisted! Open house is early March.

Not interview. I want to know whether anyone got a rejection letter from PhD program in English at Columbia. I saw some people were accepted. I have not got my result yet. Wondering if I was rejected or on the waitlist.
