Recent Graduate Admission Results January 2022
Political Science, University Of Minnesota GPA is grad; second time applying and a rejection again. To give some perspective, this time on my CV I had a one peer-reviewed journal publication, a presentation at an academic conference relevant to my area of research, and two MAs to boot, one in Poli Sci. At that point I can only guess the department didn't think my interests fit well enough with their faculty, at least compared to others in the application pool. Thankfully, I have been accepted elsewhere with a generous funding package so this doesn't hurt as much as it could have.
