Saw everyone's posts about not getting an email but having an update on portal. Checked it and also received the ONE SENTENCE rejection. Lots of empathy and consideration, right?

Finally! It took you too long to send out your rejections, Harvard. Put the people out of their misery sooner next year. There is room for improvement. D+

No email, just checked portal. What an overly flippant tone for something you know will be sad news to a bunch of people!! Silly.

Checked portal right before email but both led to the same short letter.

Didn't even send an email, I just happened to check the portal. Super cold, one-sentence rejection. The whole process was disorganized and confusing - I think I dodged a bullet not getting into this school. Good riddance!

IGNORE INTERVIEW. I was wondering if anyone who was attending admitted students day has received flight information, I can't tell if my information didn't go through on the form or not :(

Ignore status- has anyone else not heard from South Carolina's English department yet? Saw acceptances and wait lists go out in Feb so I'm assuming it's a no but would like some confirmation
