Physics, Perimeter Institute TTPB, congrats on getting accepted. you're lucky that they contacted you this fast. They told me they needed 2-3 weeks to get back to me since they are still conducting interviews. So you must have really impressed them in your interview.

Physics, Davis College TTPB: I applied for HEP (not sure if I want to do theory or exp). I reached out to the professor I've been talking to and she talked to the admissions committee for me. She told me that they were very conservative in their first round of admissions so I'd imagine more people will be getting off of the waitlist. Probably worth reaching out if you can!
