Physics Graduate School Admission Results

Was notified that my application was still "under review".

Got waitlisted at NYU, the email said they have limited funding. If anyone who got accepted but does not want to go, I'd really appreciate if you could decline~

Emailed the graduate school office about the status of my application, was given an ambiguous response with the line "If we have not contacted you making an offer, we are unlikely to make one". I am assuming a rejection letter is on the way.

I haven't heard anything from Georgia institute of technology, does anyone know what's going on?

I asked the graduate co-ordinator regarding the status of my application and I was informed that I am in the official waitlist and they will make offer once some students reject their offer and more places open up. I would urge to the candidates who got an offer from FSU but don't want to attend FSU for various reasons, please reject the offer as soon as possible. It will be a great help for students like me who are in a great stress because of multiple waitlists. Thank you in advance.

I saw a couple acceptances like a month ago and a bunch of rejections yesterday. I haven't heard anything from CMU. Is anyone else still waiting to hear from them? I'm in hep-th
