To the SLU poster below, I talked to the department, and they said that if you have not heard back already, consider yourself waitlisted.

Received an email to schedule an interview today.

Accepted to CSUSM; interview at CSULB and CSUF this week!

I was rejected my first year as well and also felt so lost. Don't get to discouraged! I retook the GRE and then also took the MAT and got more observation hours. Also I got lucky and was a substitute in a kindergarten class at a dual language school for a month, I think that had a big influence (and my scores of course). I was rejected from 8 schools last year and after changing I got accepted to both the schools I applied to. You can do it!

I went to the interview yesterday (April 1st) and received my acceptance through email less than 24 hrs later (April 2nd at 11 AM)! Definitely accepting this wonderful opportunity! Do not give up hope everyone! My GRE score wasn't the best and my undergrad major was in childhood ed but I backed it up with non-profit work, experiences, and volunteer hours, so stay positive! Has anyone started a Facebook group yet? :) Definitely on cloud 9!

to the poster below, I also haven't heard anything from them. I was asked to interview in Jan, but couldn't make it to any of their times. I assumed that because I denied the interview i would get a rejection, but i haven't heard anything from them

I applied through the Adelphi website (Jan. 7th) and the lady I contacted about admissions decisions told me that the deadline was Feb. 15th so applications would not be reviewed before then.
