Has Anyone heard back since the interview session?

I had two interviews, one on Jan 22 and the other one on Jan 31. The first one was more general and informal but the second one was more technical.

Politics and Institutions track placed on the waitlist via email. Does anyone know the likelihood of getting off the waitlist at HKS?

I received an email asking me to check the portal. The offer letter was attached to it with a Scholarship (But it isn't money enough to live in Washington)

Really so sad. This was my top choice. I am literally losing hope for this cycle.
