Physics Graduate School Admission Results

Has anyone heard anything from Emory. Its quite strange this year, I have no information regarding my application till now. Anyone wait-listed, rejected or accepted recently??

Applied using paper application package. Haven't heard anything yet. I got an email explaining the process of selection around early feb and nothing yet. Anyone who knows anything please respond. Thank you

I mailed the Graduate coordinator or Physics Mirtha Cabello. She told me that most of the applications are still under review and they have definitely not sent out all offers. She also said that rejections will also be mailed at the same time as acceptance. So if you haven't been rejected yet, you are still in the running :)

TTPB: Hate to be the barer of bad news, but that is what they said to everyone. The March 8 deadline they gave to me, too. What that means is that's the deadline they have to have all decisions made, not the day they're going to look at yours. I know it's misleading, but I got that exact message. You should probably expect a rejection (same as me) early next week. I agree, however, they have double and that is likely because, this year, they stopped requiring the Physics GRE. Hope you have other choices out available.

@oneaskbelow,no I haven’t.kind of afraid of another rejection.have u get any response regarding this?

If anyone got admission from University of Louisville but don't want to go there, please reject your offer as early as possible. This one is my only hope for fall-2015.
