So excited!

Harvard does not ask for GRE, so these results should not matter here. UG in Economics from highly accredited UK institution. 4.0 GPA is best but imperfect translation for 1st class British degree, probably more like 3.8-4.0 range. Two internships DS work experience, one research assistant position, a couple of Online certificates and personal projects. My references and courses emphasized my fairly advanced (for undergraduate) statistical ability, my work experience and projects my knowledge of basic to mediocre knowledge of CS.

I had interviewed with them a month back and received the rejection email today.

Anyone admitted to Harvard EconCS group?

I see acceptances for hep-th, cm and amo. Anyone applied for theoretical astro and heard anything from the Physics Department? Previous years trends seem to show acceptances anywhere from Feb 9th-14th with informal acceptances followed by official letters. Any reliable info on this from astro applicants/admits?

Has anyone heard from Harvard after the interview last week? When do they usually give out offers?

Ignore Waitlist. A PI at Harvard told me that all acceptances were already sent out via email. If you did not receive an email then you were not accepted. The rejection letters will come out in about 10 days.

One publication, 4.00 GPA in EE undergrad, two years in industry.

Quantum information and quantum optics. Had an interview a few weeks ago. Received an email from the HQI Director of Programs.
