Turns out they sent decision letter to youSC portal using the email provided on my resume, not the one I applied with. USC did not send me an email to check youSC. Supper happy! Now to figure out a way to pay for it...

But, from some post here on GC and past year's stat, it’s pretty obvious that we were not their first choice. They did send out the admits. And no, I don't think they will send out the rejections too early. Perhaps, later on this month or the next one! I assume, it’s just the norm of USC of being super late to send out the rejections. That been said, position may open iff someone accepted decline the offer. The chance of that is pretty slim, though.
