Phone interview with a CS professor, who said the committee "[is] very interested in" my application. Talked about the CS Ph.D program at Berkeley in general. I have no publications, but did a lot of independent work projects and teaching. From a top CS school.

I wonder how my spam filter did not catch this mass e-mail. I did not even complete the application, nor paid the fee. I had even forgotten that I had started application to Berkeley. Then, there was the admission decision out of the blue.

Ugrad class Topper from an unknown school, MS from one of the world's top 30 schools (Grade 94%), GRE 780-570-3.5, 4 top IEEE/ACM Conf, 1 Wiley journal, Dejected from CMU (CSD & RI) as well, F**ked up again totally.
