full tuition for MAPSS....but I'm about to finish my MA. fortunately, i've got some other acceptances.

BdeM and ITESM-CCM. Declining the offer.

Offered 2/3 scholarship for MAPSS. Plenty of other, better options though, so it won't be necessary.

I think they will send out the acceptances today, and into tomorrow. Probably the rejections will be lower priority and come out later into the week and that's why they didn't want to commit to a hard date of when they will be done by (midweek or not). But I was told on the phone today that we will get them today and tomorrow.

did anyone hear anything today, i gues they can keep telling us tom. until september

To poster below: I've heard nothing today, and I venture to say no one else has - unless not one applicant on gradcafe got in. Frankly, I'm really unimpressed with the whole operation there. In addition to the frustration they're causing all of us now, I found them to be flaky very early on in the application process as well. Emails with legitimate questions about the program and the application process went unanswered; every time I called no one picked up; and it took them almost a month to update my application status. It's as if no one actually works there!

I called Harris around 2pm PST and they confirmed that decision notification e-mails would be released in the "early part of this week." They also said formal packets would be sent out the same day as emails.

I am thinking something really must have gotten messed up in their process...otherwise this kind of a delay make no sense, especially since they missed their own deadline.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone checking in on decision letters at Univ. of Chicago. I've been dying here waiting. Thanks! (And no, I haven't heard yet as of 6:45 p.m. eastern time)

Thank you all for keep us posted...never believe a reputable univ. will cross its own deadline without any explain...at least we all paid application fee...

I think the something must have gone wrong, but I think it is not fair for them not to return calls/emails. Many people have had a hard time communicating with them. I think that is what really bothers everybody. This whole it will be out by today and then not fulfilling that commitment. There should be more dialog and honesty. Also what is early part of the week, does that include wed. or will it really be tom......and hopefully thursday is not part of their early week.
