Recent Graduate Admission Results January 2021
Sociology, University of Chicago Did not submit GRE. Was interviewed last week (1 of 30 remaining applicants). Interview went fairly well but interviewer may not have been a good fit with my research interests. Best of luck to everyone still awaiting their admissions decision!

Molecular Engineering, University of Chicago I work at a research facility with close ties to UChicago's Pritzker School of Engineering. The PI (from Pritzker) encouraged me to apply in November and called me a week ago that I was admitted after careful consideration. I'm very fortunate.

Molecular Engineering, University of Chicago Full tuition + Stipend + PME Graduate Fellowship; no interviews. EE undergrad from top 5. Three and a half years of research (resulting in some posters, presentations/talks, arXiv preprints and UG Thesis) + taken 7-8 graduate courses (spanning ECE, Physics, Math).
