Received an email with a referral to MAPH. Application status is still not updated on portal. Congrats to everyone admitted!

Adding my name to the distinguished ranks of the other Chicago rejectees. Email to check portal. No referral to MAPH (possibly because I already have a graduate degree, but more likely because they just really, really want nothing to do with me). Onward!

I looked up my portal and found a note "Attention International Admitted students: Please refer to the Office of International Affairs website for international admitted students for more information on visa documents." which hasn't been there previously. I clicked the link and the first few sentences on the webpage was "Congratulations on being admitted to The University of Chicago! We hope your time at the University will be academically and personally fulfilling". Does this mean I'm accepted?

I had an interview-- but not with any POIs I mentioned in my statement, and they did not seem very interested. I guess I'm not surprised, but damn
