Recent Graduate Admission Results February 2021
Anthropology, University of Chicago I received a notice that there has been an update to my application status. Checked the website - received a kind email stating that admission was highly competitive so I was not offered a spot, but that due to the strength of my application and interests I have been referred to the MAPSS program...Hoping that if I am accepted to MAPSS it is with enough funding that I can attend. Good luck!

Political Science, University of Chicago Indicated that my application was passed on to the CIR masters admissions committee. Does anyone know what the chances are for acceptance to this masters for rejected PhD applicants who are referred?

Sociology, University of Chicago Received email to check portal, materials transferred to MAPSS program. I already have an MA and 3 acceptances to PhD programs so if admitted, I probably won't be accepting it. Congrats to those that got in!
