( ECE ) Electrical And Computer Engineering, Stanford University To the ECE PhD post below, I can't say. According to Adcom, it's NOT related but, so far, from the posts, I saw 3 international applicants from different departments (1 ECE) who got the Document Request on Applyweb weeks before ending being Accepted. Very fuzzy and stressful indeed. So, I take it with precautions.
