I received an invitation to interview in the form of a letter from the department chair via email. This is what he said in the second paragraph of the letter: "You will receive a more formal invitation letter from the Biosciences Program Administration in the next days with additional information on the logistics of your visit." So I wouldn't worry too much if you haven't heard back yet, I think. Definitely keep the last week of February free though, because they don't provide another interviewing period.
