To the stanford poster below: I contacted the official email listed on their website, which used to auto-replies everyone. I just told them I would definitely go if they give me an offer. Then they rejected me and suddenly I have the budget to buy a Tesla Model S :-)

Regarding "official documents requests": I have also got the same section newly showed up in my online application page. Never got any invitation for interview or any kind of mail from the department or the professors. 212 dollar is a big deal. If not in shortlist, I don't want to bet with this money.
