I was interviewed 2 weeks ago. Was told I would hear back very shortly, but I didn't hear anything until yesterday. I then emailed the grad office and inquired about my status. They told me the decisions were made and I was not accepted. So, for anyone who's still anxiously waiting to hear back from the PhD program, chances are you're not admitted.
