TTPB: I received a mail about the rejection, and I checked the status which said that a decision had been made on my application which would be communicated soon by mail.

TTPB: How did you hear about your rejection from Penn State? My application is still "pending review" on the website, so I'm curious how you were notified.

First rejection, glad they at least told me instead of leaving me hanging. Expected, but still hurt.
