Choosing "Waitlist" because no "Other" Does anyone know what's going on with MIT EECS? Most updates seem to be in the Computer Science field, is the Electrical Engineering field committee still considering their decision? Or, not receiving any information mean a rejection?

4.0 GPA at a Top 5 Engineering University. Two relevant research internships. Two poster presentations and one second author paper. This year was really competitive. Best of luck to everyone still waiting! Hearing nothing so far is better than hearing a rejection!

Got caught up in the second wave of massive rejections, but expected anyway. Hoping for chances elsewhere.

Surprising, looks like COVID really pumped up the amount of American talent applying this cycle.
