To the poster asking about Harvard psychology's interview process: AFAIK, PIs were supposed to recommend their picks to the admission committee by that weekend (Feb. 6). It's then up to the committee to make offers. So no interviews so far probably would likely mean bad news. Finger crossed for those waiting for a result post-interview.
