Interview request last week - interviewed Monday

IGNORE STATUS. Is anyone else still waiting to hear back and hoping for a positive outcome or is it expected that all remaining responses from them by end of week will be rejections?

Checked portal, got the email about 3 hours later. IR subfield. 3 strong letters of rec, 1 peer-reviewed published article, 2 working papers. Thought we were a good fit.

GPA is grad. Called this afternoon to ask for an update on a decision. Took down my name and said to wait for two weeks. I then received a personalized email about three hours later with the news. Was cordial and thorough. No email for the update of decision or letter on my portal.

Subfield: Comparative Politics. Current MA student at GW. Having all three recommenders as GW professors. But unfortunately not a good enough effort.

have a fully funded scholarship, thought it was good fit.

I didn't even get an email, had to check the portal. I thought I was a good fit for the program, I had a good honors thesis, and I had a Master's degree. Oh well :)
