Applied Economics, Cornell University To the posters below: I think my words were a bit misleading. I have not received anything since my application, so I emailed to bac89 @ cornell.edu and got a very quick reply. He mentioned in the email that "it is unlikely that we will give you an offer" (that's why I said it means rejection) I hope it is clear now. For those who have received nothing till now... maybe it is better to look for other options. Good luck.
